Initially MTDL offers an independent assessment of existing project controls capabilities and associated toolsets. By undertaking a gap analysis, strengths and weaknesses are identified, and an overall strategy to improve the delivery is formulated.

MTDL then offers to participate in the implementation of this strategy and offer a variety of delivery options, for client consideration.

 

• Hourly Consulting – where a client company will require MTDL to address a specific requirement within their project controls function.

• Retainer Consulting - MTDL are contracted to fulfill a specific role within the client within their project controls team.

• Project Consulting - Where a client will contract MTDL to deliver the complete project control function for a specific project.

• Software Training – tailored to suit each individuals clients requirements that delivers the user capabilities to harness technology to meet the project requirements.

• Management Consultancy – people and process, MTDL are contracted to work at corporate level to modify the culture, techniques and methods of senior staff.
